How can I be sure that I will like the drawing?

Once the drawing has been created, you will receive a preview image via email. You are in direct contact with our artists. If you are not satisfied, we will revise your drawing for you. Afterwards, the responsible artist will contact you with a new version. This way, you can propose any further changes if needed. The number of requests for changes is unlimited. This guarantees that you will indeed be happy with the drawing.

How long do I have to request changes?

Basically, you have 24 hours to contact the artist regarding a revision. If you do not respond to the email within this time frame, your order will be approved for production.

How long does the print/engraving last?

We guarantee a lasting quality of the drawings on the product using a high-quality UV printer/laser.

Do you draw every type of animal and do you also draw humans?

Yes. Our artists draw all animals. Humans or objects can also be immortalized.

Do all animals/people that are to be drawn need to be in one photo?

This is not necessary. You are welcome to upload several individual photos with your order. Our artists will then merge the images in the drawing.

Do you include the background of the uploaded picture? Can you retouch leashes/collars?

Generally, we do not include the background in the drawing. Our artists can retouch leashes or collars upon request. After uploading the picture, a comment field will appear. All requests you make there will be taken into account by the artists.
